Thursday, July 18, 2019 - Working wine wine Seminar two Burgundy, Beguiling, Bewildering and Beautiful (Est. Restaurant, George Street, Sydney): Earthy, savoury, concentrated, slight liquorice, dark brooding fruit; perhaps a little over extracted (?) slight stalks. Rich, dense, weighty, structured, dark hued fruits, drying but silky tannic burr travel hand in hand with the fruit. Long, very good.
