Thursday, October 25, 2018 - Le Roi (Guillaume Bistro, Sydney): Black very red fruit, plenty of spice, slightly leathery, stalks. In the mouth it's juicy, fruit sweet initially then tight grippy talc textured tannins close things down. Long finishes with alcohol warmth . Food required for me.
