Friday, December 16, 2011 - 6 Pinot Noirs from Different Origins (Le Petit Sommelier Restaurant): Excellent pinot. Still youthful, with strawberries, red cherries, violets, smoke and floral scents. Medium-bodied, firm but fine tannins that require some further aging, rich fruit and high acidity offering vibrancy. Long aftertaste. Cellar for 2-3 more years.
