Thursday, February 23, 2023 - Coravin fun - Piedmont (My place, Kent Street): Savoury and concentrated, meaty, slightly cherry, alcohol prickle, smells 'dense', touch of oaky spice with time. Medium plus intensity acidity, juicy, fleshy, wild cherry, tight and chewy, slightly meaty chalky tannins. Alcohol warmth is controlled, balanced, long, obviously young but balanced and very nice indeed.
