Sunday, March 18, 2018 - I will refrain from rating it and describing the wine as I don’t believe an hour’s decant is enough. I think this wine needs at least a couple of hours in the decanter to properly aerate and show off its capabilities and will do that for my next bottles.

3/20/2018 4:23:00 AM - Xavier Rausas, who used to work for the winery as a Technical Director for almost 20 years, recommends not to decant VS Unicos. I had a magnum of Unico 82 a few weeks ago and just let it breathe for more than 10 hours... I gave it 99 points, my highest score to date! Cheers.
