Friday, March 22, 2024 - One hour slow ox. Golden color. Tart pineapple, pear, and subtle caramel and minerality. Super smooth, dry, sultry palate. Very fine, lingering, mouth filling acidity.

Beautiful mouthfeel and long finish. Better than my last bottle almost a year ago. Great start to a terrific dinner at Fleming’s in Naples, FL. Big thank you to jsmorris707 for supplying so many nice bottles these last two days (and Mark1NPT for hosting me). Looking forward to the next gathering.
