Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): What an energy! 50 shades of lemon, lime and grapefruit. Some petrol, a hint of mint. Lineair with so much extract. It’s already brilliant, but this will be so much better in 10-15 years. High acidity, long finish. 92++
