Decant for an hour. Still quite linear and acid driven. After another hour starts to soften and release the fruit. So beautifully balanced and precise. Tropical fruits and steely mineral base wrapped around and acid core. Even the wife asked why this was different from the last bottle. How? It's just better. Yes, that's Müller.
