Saturday, February 20, 2010 - Light golden yellow. Crisp, clean and fresh on the nose with notes of pear, peach, jasmine and almond. The palate is far richer than suggested by the nose. Still clean but more viscous than expected, revealing rich sweet pineapple, dried apricot and toffee flavours.
