Thursday, June 22, 2017 - Dîner After Talich Quartet Concert and Mugneret-Gibourg/ Montille Masterclass (1243 Bourgogne Society - Beaune): Fresh and dried apricot with marzipan and candied orange rind. Very good flavors, but it didn't seem to have the energy on finish I tend to enjoy from great Sauternes.
