Friday, April 2, 2021 - Friday Night at The Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): Golden bright and still on the youthful side of Sauternes and really bright and delicious.
Soft honey, light waxy palate, soft sweet lemon, apricots and just drinks seamlessly. Great and always come back from trying these wines asking “ why are we not drinking more of them?” Easy 92-93
