Saturday, January 7, 2023 - This is a polished and aristocratic wide, boasting a wide array of fruit, on balance more dark and blue, such as black currant, dark cherry, blueberry and brambleberry. Mineral notes of iodine and an earthy layer that adds depth. Immensely complex, adding new flavors with every swirl such as black coffee, white pepper, dark chocolate and herbaceous notes. Well-balanced palate with soft but present tannin. Precise and linear. While clearly brutally young and there is definitely no need to rush into popping any of these for a decade, this appeared already destined for greatness.
