Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Barolo 2018 (Bottega Coco): A little camphor note, pot pourri, a little plum. Medium plus intensity acidity, plummy fruit, a touch of cherry, touch of bitterness to the tannins which are drying, grippy, chewy and ridiculously persistent. Yum yum.
