Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Barolo 2018 (Bottega Coco): Polished oak, caramel, sweet spice, a little green note, red cherry, touch of red plum. Juicy, sweet spice, oak lends a woody quality to the tannins, chocolate, tiny touch of bitterness on the finish. Polished/plush. Not for me.
