Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - Pale lemon yellow. Slightly odd nose with the aroma of struck matches. The palate is full, fat and very sweet with notes of toffee apple, barley sugar and apricot but still has a lovely balance and freshness. Maybe lacking a little complexity at the moment.
