Tuesday, August 9, 2011 - My wine of the year. Drank this at a business dinner at BLT Steak in Manhattan. This was delicious on opening. Very dark color. Smooth and silky drinking. An Oh My wine if ever there was one. After drinking out of the barrel with Mike last year, I can certainly appreciate his winemaking style. It only made this bottle more enjoyable! I''m finally learning that good things come to those that are patient. This wine can still hang out in your cellar, but why wait.
