Saturday, December 18, 2010 - Wine-Soaked Saturday, Mostly Burgs (Washington, DC): dark magenta color. figs, plums and chocolate on the nose. the palate is surprisingly vibrant with sicy acid. gritty tannins. the fruit is spicy. nice blackberries, cherries. a bit of coffee grinds and bitter chocolate on the finish. very long finish.
