Wednesday, June 8, 2011 - Monthly Tasting Group HWS #059; Champagne. (By IL): Light yellow. A lot of brioche in the bouquet. Although the wine gets only 5 grams dosage, the start is a bit sweet. A lot of ripe apples. Fine mousse. Very well balanced and a long finish. Maybe not extremely complex, but such a great pleasure to drink this.
