Saturday, October 21, 2023 - Dinners at Tiny Pine Bistro; 10/21/2023-10/22/2023 (Carbondale, CO): Very botrytis-heavy, with a slight petrol note but far more honeyed floral tones on the nose. The palate is dense and oily but fully dry, and shows mature spice notes as well as more of the aforementioned botrytis qualities.
