Thursday, July 14, 2022 - Querciabella (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Leather, earth, meaty, a little dusty baking spice, brambles, blackcurrant, cedar. Medium plus intensity acidity is juicy, fleshy, mouthwatering. Tannins are drying and talc textured, they persist long with the brambly, blackcurrant notes accompanied by a little cherry. Yum
