Friday, December 17, 2010 - The fill was into the neck and the cork was pristine; a very well stored bottle -- popped and poured. A deep crimson / ruby color, with no amber. An elegant and refined bouquet, with notes of cherry, roasted herbs and a hint of tobacco. Medium-bodied, and again quite elegant and gentle, with fine balance, depth and focus. Perfectly mature, and a pleasure to experience.
