Sunday, February 1, 2015 - From Coravin but left for about 30 minutes before consumption. Fragrant green peppercorn, biscuits, toast, slight black cherry and berry and black pepper spice. In the mouth the wine is juicy (medium plus intensity acidity), green and black peppercorns, slight black cherry and berry that is a little tart and slightly astringent. The tannins are negligible. I do like this.
