Sunday, February 28, 2016 - Green peppercorns are the immediate impression on the nose with earth, clay, crushed rock and spice following this. It's a bit sharp and acidic on the palate with slight front of mouth talc textured tannins and peppery spice. Doesn't carry very long. Last bottle I've got. I rather enjoyed its austerity. Hmm.
