Tuesday, February 21, 2023 - Simon Beatty Memorial Dinner - Les Clos table (Noize): Simon's bottle. Certainly towards the end of its plateau of maturity, but I just love that leathery, plummy old Southern Rhone thang. Palates were certainly getting fatigued, so the fact we finished the bottle tells its own story.
