Friday, August 2, 2019 - PnP and enjoyed for about an hour and a half. Great complexity on the nose, with scents of caramel, honey, honeysuckle flower, watermelon rind and a touch of strawberry and smoke. The palate is slightly waxy, but also has a acidic “zing” that others have referred to as well. Ripe cantaloupe, white peach, grilled lemon, and a bit of green apple flavors coat the tongue. The finish is a touch short, and I’m not sure how much more time this one has, but right now it is delicious!
