Still singing at 16 years. I would drink now rather than hold as I don't seeing it getting better and risk the fruit fading. Nice balance and long finish. Secondary notes are there and this just drinks beautifully.

Dark core garnet/purple color, mild separation. Nose of black fruits, currants. Plate of dark fruit, cherries. spices, cedar. Medium body, some oak through the mid palate. Nice wine, not exceptional (in my view), there would be better choices for 07 vintage, but drinking well now.

A beautifully crafted, light bodied, feminine cabernet blend (79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 7%, Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot). This wine has an amazing nose and soft, silky tannins with a medium length finish. This paired very well with food and was enjoyed over 2 nights with similar notes.

Decanted and consumed over two hours. Intense, almost opaque red-purple fading lightly at the rim. Bright fruit, some tar, and obvious vanilla on the nose. Beautifully balanced and deep on the palate with good fruit and acidity, ripe tannin and richness. Moderate finish. This is a delicious wine in a very California fruit-forward style that never gets cloying. Lovely, but completely out-classed by the 2007 Cayuse Camapelo that accompanied it.

Deep in color, with smoke, vanilla, blackberry, licorice, black cherry and coffee bean aromatics. This rich, ripe, round wine produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is already drinking well.

Still showing lots of charm. Loads of red fruit and well integrated tannins. No rough edges. should be a crowd pleaser for at least another 4 years.

Drinking young! Iron fisted dark fruited cab. Softened some over two hours. Long finish. Tannins are a bit edgy. Good with food. Lots of life left.

I really like Bressler cabs. There's a great core of dark fruit here but also a real sense of class and refinement. Fantastic.

absolutely dlightful wine. Very balanced with a hint of chocolate. Great nose and color. I split a case and now I wish that I had 6 more.

Good effort, but give the hype of the 2007 vintage this was just above average at best. Elegant, with structure but I was left wanting more
