Still a prickle of bubbles left, but that's about it. Ripe yellow fruit and gringet spice that wash over the palate, moderately rich, bone dry, beautiful bracing acidity. Not particularly deep or long but so fucking good. I wonder where this goes from here, but doubt I'll find out.

Slightly orange in appearance, it displayed few signs of oxidation. Instead, it had a fascinating nose of citrus fruits and herbs. Great acidity and a fine mousse made for a very appealing aperitif.

Dinner at Nathan's House (Nathan's House - Chicago, IL): Zesty, nutty, and plush. This had good pear and apple tones with a real nice nuttiness that certainly made it feel like it was slightly oxidized. Liked this a lot.

i adore this wine. it's becoming very secondary, with a delicious nuttiness, but it shows no sign of giving out soon. it has an intensity and complexity i've never found in a sparkler outside of champagne.

What do I know from Gringet? But this was... interesting. Like the offspring of a sparkling Vouvray and a blanc de blanc. The mid-palatte, where all the spice lurks, was beguiling. Would have prefered a little more cut, little less RS (I think the brut zero moniker is a bit of a marketing dodge; I don't think anybody would dose this wine unless they were aiming for a demi-sec).

Very nice.... Medium golden with small to medium bubbles. Citrus, honey, and green apples. A medium mouthfeel with some definite weight. Again, green apples, and lime/citrus, with a lingering honeyed finish.... From Garagiste. A very pleasant surprise that punches above its price point.

Lots happening in this. Big perfume, even when very cold. Honey, ginger, apples, flowers, roots... all show up on a taut, stony core. Pretty compelling stuff.

This is still in great shape. The gringet personality seems perhaps more prominent than on release. No rush to drink remaining bottles.

Light gold. Medium bubbles. Nice apple flavors; a bit sweeter than I expected for a brut zero. Made a very enjoyable Sunday brunch wine.

SImple, crisp, tart with a brown appleness. A good summer day wine beneath the shade of umbrella as very refreshing but not much complexity or depth.

big bubbles, not very deep or round for French sparkling

Flatter on the palate this time, unfortunately.

This was very nice. A bit light. Some nice crisp apple flavors. Fresh. Enjoyable, if not special.

nice flavors, but bubbles disappear in very short order. Not a complex flavor at all. It kind of hits you and then is gone almost immediatly
