Quite different from last bottle in 2014, this is all about suave and balanced Gamay fruit. Drinking perfectly now. Nice match for simple roasted chicken and roasted cauliflower.

A very pleasant new style, small grower Beaujolais to consume now. Lighter in style than many of its counterparts, and not noticeably complex, this is nonetheless a very nice lighter cherry- led 2010 with the nice structure of the vintage and with no sappy or purple gamay overtones. Drink up

Just a great food wine - vibrant fruit, good acidity, fleshy mouthfeel, balanced from the moment it hits your lips to the last trace of the finish. Great Thanksgiving dinner pairing.

Simple wine. Never quite came together but it had a nice residual taste. Perhaps too much age; should have consumed earlier. Might try again with a younger version.

Graphite was a little overpowering on both nose and mouth. Red fruit and acetone underneath on both as well. Perhaps closed down at the moment? Will check back again tomorrow.
Opened up slightly more. Pleasant, but still has a graphite/metallic thing that is over top. Perhaps in a closed off stage. Rebuy: Maybe.

E&R's 3rd Annual Beaujolais Weekend; 11/17/2012-11/18/2012 (E&R Wine Shop, Portland OR): Nice exuberance on the nose, with large fruit. It smells nearly creamy, like a marshmallow. The palate show nice texture, with creamy flavors but a grittiness that builds as its held on the tongue. Very nice larger fruit flavors. Similar on the finish, but not showing too much complexity or depth to go too crazy here.

Needed 30 min to open up..... Bright red florals on the nose....violets and lilacs. Very mineral driven with an almost nutty component Palate is very acid driven with sour cherry, tart red fruit, florals and white pepper...notes from carbonic mace ration are somewhat evident. Finish has good length....glad I tried this but I will wait a bit on next bottle

Ruby color. Medium body. Gorgeous lush red cherry fruit with a crisp acidity and refreshing minerality. No sign of greenness or under-ripeness here, just well-made and delicious.

Pretty good and typical but with a slight bitter and woody note on the finish.

Similar to our last two notes. To the end, and over three nights, this was bright Bd balanced, with earthiness and vibrancy. Our last bottle. Dommage.

Bright, balanced. Good refreshing fruit. Dandy acidity. This wine, long a favorite Beaujolais, is certainly up to standard in this vintage.

Smokey, a little off-tasting, soft, not my favorite of these KL beaujolais, unless just an off bottle.
