Nez de fruits rouges et cannelle. La bouche est fruité avec un boisé subtil et les épices douces qui ressortent assez intensément en milieu de bouche. Acidité juste et tanins souples. Bien +. Note: J'ai nettement préféré cette bouteille à celle ouverte il y a ~2 ans.

Not bad a mid-week wine. Has some time left but it's certainly ready to go. A little muted on the nose but decent black fruit and a decently long finish. Not sure I'll be keeping my eye out for it but I wouldn't turn it down for a pop and pour bottle.

A Shiraz, Cab and Merlot blend. Dark ruby in the glass with a nose of candied-cherry and violets. On the palate, full-bodied and extracted with the same cherry, as well as blackberry, vanilla, cardamon, nutmeg and white pepper. The wine has a lengthy finish, but I wouldn't bother cellaring it as it does not improve with an extended decant. Not a bad wine, but for my money, Two Left Feet (2011) is a much better Aussie blend.

Ruby red with aromas of red fruit and smoke/wood. It was balanced, a little spicy and flavors of raspberries. The finish was mild and medium....very easy drinking.

Medium bodied- the blend of shiraz, cabernet and merlot makes an interesting wine. Decent fruit, red fruit some berry and vanilla on the finish. A good buy at $ 12 from Costco. Lehmann is a quality producer from Barossa and I always like their wines.

This is the 5th bottle I've consumed of this, so I believe I have a good sense of this wine. It's a burly Barossa Valley Shiraz blend with a very earthy nose and full-bodied taste. The wine, after being decanted for several hours, has a heavy fruit flavor with hints of cherry, but with a bite on the back end, which I'm not fond of. It's a wine that pairs better with food (not a "sipping" wine) and with the low cost, a reasonably good QPR. With that, I've scored it an 85, or "good", which I think is fair when comparing this wine relative to its price peers. The drinking window has this good through 2016 - while I'm no predictor of drinking curves, if well stored, this would likely hold for another 3 years, at least. FAIR.

Typical red blend from down under. Very fruit forward flavor with a nice aroma of red fruit. Maybe not as balanced as some previous vintages but still enjoyable at a decent QPR.

The nose initially smelled of canned Vienna Sausage. It took me awhile to place the smell, but yes...I remember my sister loving the little canned buggers as a child. The wine has a dark garnet color, with heavy legs. The taste is of currants, with a long mid-palate and finish. The last time I had this wine, I didn't like it over time, but this bottle is better, yet still somewhat one-dimensional. This would make a decent party wine, served with food, but not necessarily a standalone sipper. FAIR.

Color has brownish hue. Flavor is muted overall with some caramel tone. Feels too hot. It is still pretty smooth and does not give any unpleasant feeling, but was not enjoyable for me. It could past it's best, or just not a good bottle.

Deep, dark, full of beautiful burgundy color. Delicious nose of black cherries, spices: licorice, vanilla then coffee and a hint of leather and plum On the palate a round start that turns strong with a medium (+) body. Tannins are soft and the acidity is quite high. Delicious fruity, slightly toast and mocha. Beautiful full long aftertaste

- Garnet color - An "affable quaffer". Smoky notes on the nose, followed by a hint of red fruit - raspberry? Taste is fruit forward, with mild tannins lingering on, some black pepper shows up. Buy it as you need it - not necessarily something I'd stock up on.
