Expressive nose displaying concentrated yellow citrus fruit, lemon, golden delicious, sweet spices and limestone. Excellent concentration, nicely layered dense yellow fruit, rich yet displaying good precision and balance, bright acidity, strong limestone mineral and a long concentrated rich yellow fruit driven finish with strong limestone at the end.

Really lovely lemon curd and red apples with hints of sweet spice and river rock. Nice round mouth feel without being heavy or over ripe, nice lively acid and salinity.
Really nice and ready to go.

Expressive nose displaying concentrated yellow citrus, granny smith, spicy spices and limestone. Excellent concentration, rich yet pure yellow fruit, bright acidity, good mineral presence and a long concentrated yellow fruit driven finish. Perhaps the best recent showing.

Medium expressive nose displaying ripe yellow fruit, lemon curd, a hint of clementine, sweet spices, saline and wet stone. Excellent concentration, slightly coiled concentrated yellow fruit, bright acidity, good mineral expression and a long sweet yellow fruit driven finish. This is a very ripe and concentrated Chablis. Ready to go and no need to wait.

Very ripe and dense displaying the typical 12 vintage character. A hint of alcohol. Strong presence of mineral and bright acidity. There is a ripe lanolin like note with bright acidity and mineral that reminds me dry Huet. Pretty solid but lacking finesse and balance of Dauvissat and Raveneau.

Chablis from Domaine Servin (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.): More floral in approach, oranges, chalk, sea salt aromas. Ripe and open but lively acid and lots of ocean spray and minerals. Interesting candied orange, white tea, hints of honey. Long life ahead.

Small taste.
Very solid bottle as well, but for some reason it didn't seem to stick out.
