Sharp, precise, clean, elegant. Floral nose, lovely on the palate for its perfect balance between salinity and roundness. Once more a pleasure to drink it.

Chasselas from the grand cru slopes of Calamin within the Epesses section of Lavaux. Seventeenth generation of his family, Blaise Duboux is committed to biodynamical practises and runs his domaine with organic methods for the timebeing. Shiny brass coloured. Lovely, pure aromas of citrus. Full bodied with an oily mouth-feel hardly lifted by its acidity. The flavours turn into the honeyed, yellow fruit territory and the finish is heavier than the attack suggests.

DWCC Grand Tasting with Jancis Robinson and Dr. Jose Vouillamoz (Montreux, Switzerland): Quite sharp aromatically. Grassy with some ash. Rather energetic, full, and powerful. Almost oily with a creamy mid-palate.
