This is really drinking well, and just a fantastic wine. Having it Christmas Eve with my mom, who's name is Scarlett, so very fitting. Dense, opaque coloring with ruby at the very edges. Aromas of dark and dark red fruits, cedar chest, licorice, orange peel, potpourri, earth, and wet slate. Medium body, acid, and finish, with flavors of dark and dark red fruits, orange peel, black tea, and a fair amount of spice. Initially planned this to go with our Christmas day meal of rib roast, but was very enjoyable standalone tonight. Beautiful label BTW.

Great wine, lots of flavor and depth coming through in the dark fruit. This Rutherford cab was PnP for us, would have been better w/ 90 mins of bottle air. I think the 2010 is at peak now.

Been following this for the last couple years and it seems to be drinking at peak now. Plush black fruit, mostly resolved tannins, and some earth and cardamom in the finish.

Consistent with prior notes. Can certainly lay down, but wanted to pull in the name of science. Guests drank most of this, but I thought it did well with some pretty impressive company.
Wonderfully complex and enjoyable Napa cab, was astounding right out of the bottle. Strong black fruits - pronounced berry and spice tones - yet smooth and integrated with sweet crème de cassis and some Rutherford dust notes on the finish. We paired this bottle with tenderloin steaks grilled and topped in blue cheese butter spread. This sensational cab rivals any wine that we have had in the last several years.

This probably needs a bit more time. Very powerful and primary right now, and needs to integrate a bit more. Red fruits and loamy soil. Still a very nice wine and happy that I have several more bottles.

Excellent cab. Opened with the intention to decant for a couple hours, but a quick taste showed it was already singing. Let breathe in bottle 2 hours, paired with grilled rib eyes. Great nose, deep flavors of dark berry, coco, and tobacco. Very layered wine with a solid finish that offered the perfect companion to a great meal. This is awesome now and should drink great for the next 3 years

Really a lovely Napa cab that we enjoyed on Christmas Eve. Well integrated and drinking very nice, with a medium-long finish. And a touch of Rutherford dust. Good QPR.

Big and powerful. Build for steak or to stand by itself. Excellent balance. Nice fruit, tannins and acid complimented by secondary wood and vanilla. Expensive Oak. PDQ93+

Compliments of a wholesaler, nose of Bing cherry fruit with hints of Rutherford dust, more of the same on the palate, rich but medium body, lovely taste, medium finish. About $60 retail.

Popped several Rutherford wines with steaks at the house with friends. This was a late pop and pour.
Was just a bit outshined by the other wines on this night. No slouch, just some pretty solid competition. Didn't have that push on the palate.

Just fantastic stuff. No formal notes -- very friendly wine, disappeared so quickly I'm not sure what happened (I know what happened).

A well structured wine. Dark fruit on the nose, soft and smooth on the taste, with good ending tannis. Drank by itself at a tasting.
