An exceptional rose. The light red color reflects the syrah content. The palette shows a bright acidity with complex fruit. A perfect accompaniment to a summers day. Well done Kent.

This decidedly different Rosé is a near equal blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir (no kidding), which offers aromas and flavors of watermelon, rhubarb, leather and earth. If tasted blind, (literally), I might think that I was imbibing a lighter-bodied, Mourvedre-based blend. With the possible exception of a Mordoree Rosé that I had the privilege of tasting last year, this is one of the best pinks that I have ever had the pleasure of consuming. Alas, the cream-infused finish comes up just a wee bit short.

Spot-on with a gorgeous package and an appealing flavor profile. Flavorful without being over the top nor overly sweet. Yet you still know it's a California rosé. Really well done.

Not my favorite year for this wine, which I normally like quite a lot. Prefer the dryer, paler style of previous years. This lacked the minerality I've enjoyed previously. That said, I often like the roses a bit more around Thanksgiving time, so will give it another go then.

Great quaffer. Wanted something light to drink and decided to pop this early. I wish I had more than two bottles. Beautiful color - a deep salmon with just a tinge more red in it. The nose explodes with watermelon, strawberries, spice, and a noticeable bit of oak. On the palate there is enough minerality and acid to make easy to drink. Best part: it made me forget it is still winter in Chicago.

Pretty good rose. A bit cloudy. Nice balance between dry and not too sweet. GOOD.

We likes this, restrained initially, but really opened up in the glass after moving to room temperature. Not sweet at all - a very nice rose. GOOD.
