Nose: vanilla, chocolate, tobacco, spices, leather, dark fruits, very complex and powerful nose. Mouth: dark fruits, massive concentration, excellent acidity, melted tannins, super fresh - not jammy or ripe at all, very long finish - what an amazing balance. Not cheap but actually worth it and a rebuy for me. 97 pt.

Medium dark red, hint of yellow hue; smoked fresh fruity nose; soft and broad, lots of spices, a bit of smoke, dark red berries; long intense tasteful aftertaste; believe it is at a peak right now; really nice; wonderful

Decaant x 30 min (blackberry, raspberry/currant with pour); dark ruby with faintest rim; tight nose at first; medium body but mouth-coating dark fruit dipped in vanilla hanging from spine of bramble minerality, lasting finish; drinking very well.

Much better than the first bottle I had from this case about year ago. Cork in perfect condition this time and great showing after 1hr decant. Feels still young.

1/6; opened 4h before drinking, I am not getting warm with the Terreus wines...too much of everything, Amarone style, good as last wine of the night though. Had 99, 2000 and 2006 so far and all had issues with corks breaking at opening..strange

Spanish Wines (Craigs group) (The Kenwood): Drank a small pour at a tasting. This wine drinks like a cabernet. Sufficient oak and tannin, rich dark fruit. Quite full-bodied. This wine is flashy and grabs your attention.

Clear, brigth, dark ruby, no sediment, thick legs. Nose of plum, blueberry, roasted mat, vanilla. Full bodied taste of plum, blueberry, raspberry with a long finish. Medium acidity, medium complexity, high in alcohol. Drinks well now after 2-3 hours in the decanter. Will likely evolve a bit further in the cellar. High quality wine with a distinct style.

Brilliant nose of pepperonata, aceto balsamico, vanilla, cinamon, herbs and creamy chocolate. Perfectly balanced palate with round tannins, ripe dark and red fruits, coffee, vanilla, caramel, toasted wood, butter, graphit, thym and oregano. Expensive but delivers a lot of pleasure.

Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of roasted meat, leather, plum, flowers, white pepper and black cherries. Flavors of plums, raspberries, blueberries and black cherries. Medium acidity, firm tannins, full bodied. Drink now with air or continue to hold. I'd likely hold.

Black Friday Wines (Farpointe Cellar): A heavy dose of cinnamon and jalapeño peppers upfront, with chipotle chocolate and floral notes right behind, and black fruit at the end. Extremely plush on the palate, with black fruit, followed by peppery spices and bitter chocolate.

Big & Bold, almost Amarone like with (well integrated) 15% Alcohol, some port notes, goes well with strong/spicy food or to close-off the evening.
