Dinner at Richard's: No formal note. This had quite an interesting nose - sesame seed of course but also some white truffle and citrus notes, It was light/medium bodied on the palate, lacking a touch of weight for my taste, with crisp almost tart acidity on the medium/good length finish.

Found a complete case in the cellar - cork wet so check with next bottle. Needs 10-20mins to open in the glass and entry is sour pineapple before much riper tropical fruit (lemon, passionfruit, unripe mango, unripe white peach) and rich and oily mouthfeel. Typical reductive notes with a little more toast than I normally find in his St Aubins. Unusually needs food due to sharpness of the entry - good, but will try next bottle (would score 91pts, but I think this bottle may be damaged and other could be a touch better)

Light yellow in color. Superb aromas of raw pineapple, white peaches, yellow citrus zest, hint of toast and chalk. Shows incredible finesse to a focused beam of white/yellow orchard pit fruits, a pleasant pit bitterness, good acidity and a very long mineral laden finish.

Light yellow in color. Aromas of lemon zest, raw pineapple, yellow florals and toasted sesame seeds on the nose. Palate is well balanced with sweet-tart yellow orchard pit fruits, lemon curd, superb acidity and a long herb and florals tinged finish.

UWS 2016 End of year dinner (@ CdW and KvdK): Beautiful and complex bouquet with toast, minerals and white fruits. On the palate dry, smoke, a firm amount of citrus, length and focused acidity.

2013 H. Boillot & PYCM White Burgundy Horizontal (Nico Osteria): A step up from the Perrières tasted side-by-side. Medium full nose has crisp, sliced green apple and minerality. The palate here has concentration and power with balancing acidic tension. Yellow and white fruit along with chalkiness, minerality and salinity. Layered and long.

The Rotating Dinners, I.2: 2013 White Burgundy (Chicago, IL): The nose on this was initially quite stemmy and green, but perhaps that was more part of the reductive funk, and it blew off soon enough. I got a bit of fresh herbs and meyer lemon on the nose and palate. Lots of depth, with a very clean palate and good minerality. I think this was a bit on the green herbal side, perhaps a little touch underripe, but not by too much.

Forgot about posting on this. Pretty non descript/typical for the vintage per my experience. Nothing stood out.
