Aromas of citrus, vanilla and butter, and unmistakable Central Burgundy. Light weighted and elegant on the palate. Structured and a bit bony, or "knockentrocken", which is the vintage signature, I guess.

The Remi Jobard, Meursault "Les Genevrières" Premier Cru 2013 was the wine, and one must unfortunately say, the only one that raised the flag for Burgundy in this tasting. Five years ago, it was said: "On the palate, the Jobard convinces with a successful density and at the same time a nervous minerality. The wine is highly lively, saline and bright." Now this was a highly elegant wine with a pleasant fullness and at the same time a lot of pressure. Very balanced in body and acid structure with a good length. Vibrantly fresh, especially on the finish. Still with a lot of potential.

Delicious white burgundy. More precise than fat. Some richness in the fruit, but the structure is most noticeable. Nicely balanced. No rush; quality in abundance.

Nez avec des fruits à chair jaune et un petit côté épicé un peu qu’on retrouve en bouche aussi, qui est magnifique, touche exotique mais à peine avec une belle acidité et une longueur surprenante, une finale délicieuse. 92-93
Yellow orchard fruit and a spicy feel on the nose, white pepper, we find the same on the delicious palate, nice acidity, not too rich a slight exotic touch in the long and delicious finish, very good.

Souper Bordeaux/Napa Valley (Chez François G.): Un nez discret de fruit blanc, qui s'est graduellement ouvert, des notes presque poivrées! Pas très causant à l’ouverture mais bien intéressant ensuite. Belle fraîcheur, un meursault long et presque tranchant. C'est dense, avec une finale harmonieuse, saline.Belle bouteille. 92-93 pts

This 2013 Remi Jobard Meursault 1er Cru Genevreieres is surprisingly good, mild reduction with creamy minerals. Tasted blind - A fresh array of ripe citrus fruits. Reductive, creamy with sleek minerals. Stylistically reminds me of Bernard Moreau, but not surprised if it is Meursault. 2015 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru? (87/100)

Vin dégusté rapidement et un peu trop froid. Le vin est encore très acide, très vert et manque de complexité! Je ne suis pas impresionner par ce vin! Je vais essayer d'autre millésime afin de comparer avec celui-çi!

love this. very white burg to me. lemon curd, minerality, good cut and fruit. nothing out of whack here. pretty pale gold color and medium bodied.
