Well balanced nose with medium ripe fruit, some citrus, and herbs. Good acidity and more citrus/lemon flavors, minerals, and apples on the palate. Good finish. This has aged surprisingly well.

Figured I'd throw in my 2 cents since this tasting note is for a wine with a few more years of bottle age than those of the other commenters. The wine has held up very well. I agree with FINEWINEBUFF57; this wine is recognizably New World, but I could believe it was a full bodied white Burgundy (St Aubin?) if I was served blind. The oak is present but well integrated, fresh citrus flavors are present with secondary/tertiary aromas of brown sugar and bruised apple creeping in. In my opinion, the alcohol is a bit hot, but just a bit. Half-full bottle kept well in the fridge for a couple of days. I think it will evolve even for a couple more years. Well done!

Nose of Lemon and Apricot. Lemon, Apricot and grapefruit on the pallete with medium level oak. Malo fermentation. Definetely california style. Golden hue indicates. Still plentty of fruit but drinking well.

Very nice: Light citrus and very light tropical fruits (pineapple, passionfruit) on the palate. There is a little more going on here with the secondary notes (something earthy and almost barnyard-y) that makes this a good value. Very light oak. Everything about this wine is lithe and enjoyable.

Opened the El Camino Vineyard along side the Amphitheater Block and the green fruit, citrus and minerality were similar in both, but the oak treatment on the Amphitheater Block was much heavier. To my tastes, I prefer the El Camino rendering much more. It's cleaner, crisper and truer to the fruit. That being said, both were quite nice, but the El Camino bottling, in my opinion, has a far, far better qpr. It kind of reminds me of white burgundy.

Definitely Californian but towards the Burgundy end of that spectrum. Coming into its own now but sufficient acidity for on going development.

Almost a Riesling petrol overwhelming the citrus and apricot. Paired with the right food, you may enjoy.

Light citrus and tropical fruit notes with restrained oak. Easy drinking. Would purchase again.

Nice nose, fresh, not dominated by oak; again quite a fresh unadulterated style on the palate. Apple and citrus led. Very easy to drink/enjoy
