Very approachable already, i was surprised. Also it has real concentration of fruit that I have not found yet in other cote roties from 2014...not something i will buy but still a very well made wine.

Smoky, meaty, dense, full, concentrated, tannic, energetic and loaded with thyme, deep, fresh, red berries, olives, herbs, pepper and stone, this demands patience. But as all lovers of La Turque, it's worth the wait.

Muscular and young - rounder with air and food.

Young, muscular, with dark fruits, meat, herbs, savory notes in a big body with plenty of acid & tannin. Wonderful with leg of lamb.

2018 Guigal single vineyard cote rotie release dinner (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Savoury, meaty, dense black berry, peppery spice, toast and earth. In the mouth its warm with blackberry, big drying chalky tannins but the fruit travels long
