Wanted to try one of these younger; it took over an hour to really open; initially the nose was pretty closed and the tannins kept the palate pretty tight. However it got better and better over the course of the evening eventually showing ripe red berry fruits, some fennel and other spices, mineral notes, The palate improved and began to show pretty solid depth. Definitely needs more time and will be better in 5+ years.

like from Bordeaux I do like the 2015 vintage from Bourgogne as well, so pnp this one next, fresh cherry fruit predominantly, vibrant on the mid palate, great supporting acid, but this bottle is lacking some length finally, maybe it is going into or through a more closed phase right now, no rating for today

Had at Canlis Seattle with a six-course meal for our 10-year wedding anniversary. We sipped it slow over the meal. Bright, glowing ruby red. Super earthy and funky on the nose with good cherry and pomegranate notes, mixed with some rhubarb and smoke. Very good. Drink 2023-2030. Technical score: 93. Enjoyment score: 93.

First night it was reduced but with really deep fruit. Re-visited over the next several days and it gradually opened up a bit. A wine of future potential but not for now. I think another 6-7 years before I dip in again.

Hmmm, how delicious most 2015 red burgundys are, delicious rich and dense red and black fruit, although that young very well balanced on the midpalate, mineralic hints, fresh appearance, very lingering finish, **(**-?), 91,92+ potential

Like other 2015s, this is concentrated, juicy, and very pure. The ample structure is drowned out by the gorgeous fruit, and there is a subtle streak of minerality. Very nice.

Fantastic wine, already as I was pouring it into the decanter I could smell an abundance of raspberry and strawberry.
Following 1 hour in the decanter on the nose clear and pure fruit of raspberry and strawberry, along with an underlying minerality/crushed rock which together becomes incredibly seductive. Velvety mouth feel but with nice fine tannins which gives the wine great structure.
Drank this over 3 days and on day 2 and 3 more spices appears (anise, cinnamon, white pepper) and some oak although the wine never become tired - even though the fruit relented somewhat vs day 1.
A super wine, and I liked very much that even though the fruit was pronounced it was never overripe or heavy - only refreshing and mineral.
I'm tempted to give this wine a higher score, but will hold back as it has plenty of upside going for it. Going to be magic one day.

A mostly Cote de Beaune Red Burgundy Evening (Nobbi Müller Burgunder& Süßweine, Hamburg): One glass, brief note: cherry all the way paired with a strong minerality, quite dense body, savoury red fruit, ending stony long+, *(**+ -?), 90+ potential
