  Wanted to try one of these younger; it took over an hour to really open; initially the nose was pretty closed and the tannins kept the palate pretty tight. However it got better and better over the course of the evening eventually showing ripe red berry fruits, some fennel and other spices, mineral notes, The palate improved and began to show pretty solid depth. Definitely needs more time and will be better in 5+ years.

  Had at Canlis Seattle with a six-course meal for our 10-year wedding anniversary. We sipped it slow over the meal. Bright, glowing ruby red. Super earthy and funky on the nose with good cherry and pomegranate notes, mixed with some rhubarb and smoke. Very good. Drink 2023-2030. Technical score: 93. Enjoyment score: 93.

  PnP Nydelig nese tett og kompleks pinot, mer lukket nå, der den flotte ekspressive frukten er neddempet og frukten strammer mer opp i en lang avslutning, åpner en god del opp i løpet av noen timer, i en mellomfase nå, vent en del år med neste
