Slow ox one hour. Nice magenta - no signs of oxidation. Absolutely delicious! Lots of ripe cherries and spices on the aroma as well as the palate. Complex, with interesting structure - a good dollop of acid and tannin. Seems like this has several years of continued development.

Drinking well even without a decant. Starting to show some early secondary characteristics (tea leaf, smoked meat), but with room for further development over the next several years.

Light stone fruits, ripe and some tartness initially then benefitted from overnight decant and consumption next eve. Warm well folded tannins and opened to more layered complexity with all spice, semi-sweet chocolate morsels, plums and cherry cobbler. Delicious by itself.

Very nice. Juicy red and black cherries. This has some earth and complexity to add an additional layer to the fruit. Nice intensity and saturation with plenty of acidity. Delicious

Pop and pour. On the sweet side right now and not overly expressive. Cake batter, cherry syrup, cloves... Needs a few more years to evolve. I’d drink the regular Russian River bottling for now.

Always a more substantial pinot, with more structure, character and terroir than any other Cali pinot. Top notch, and '15 was a superb vintage.

This is a great wine. Great depth of fruit, acidity is great, and there are a lot of complex flavors that come out over time. Wish I had more of this.

Pretty good, but lacked character. Not as good as other bottles from arista
