This is a good, nice wine which paired perfect with tomato-based Bacalao. Color is light gold colored and smell is a bit like sweet fruits and a little oily. It has the power to deal with a strong-tasting spicy tomato sauce and salty fish. It tastes a little like grapefruit and some sweet apricot. The body is medium and has a smooth and oily texture. Medium to long finish. The wine has medium acidity.

A Bunch of Albarino: Pale lemon color, very slight spritz. Bright but deep aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle, on top of apricot and limes, with some new tennis ball and white pepper notes. Medium body with a nice round/fleshy aspect, buttressed by fresh acid. Lemon and apricot fruit mixes with cucumber water, lily pad, white pepper, topped in orange and yellow floral notes. Mineral and saline notes on the finish. Impressive complexity but goes down so easily. Equally delicious and intriguing.

En bouche, c'est ample avec une belle acidité. Des poires et des abricots avec un peu de citrons et de gingembre.
Long et passablement salin en finale.
Pour le prix, très beau encore une fois.

A great semi dry with smooth clean mineral finish; refreshing alone and pairs great with food and cheese

P: Med, poss MF, body; RNDISH entry with NICE, almost swtish frt NICELY balanced by an acidity which slowly morphs into a LONG, slightly honied, very, VERY slighty bitterish finish. MIGHT still improve a bit through the remainder of '17, then drink VERY nicely through '19. Medium nose shows peach, white flowers, lemon cleaner, wet rock. Palate shows stone fruit, orange zest, white peach, a saline quality, lemon zest, crisp acidity with up front fruit. Nice example of Albarino. From the winemaker that helped establish the DO.

Rias Baixas Albarino; Snooth VT: Pale straw yellow color with alluring peach skin, citrus, honeysuckle aromas with a hint of smokiness. On the palate it's medium-bodied and fresh with medium+ acidity and white peach, mango, passion fruit, mandarin orange, lemon flavors with an appealing hint of minerality with a giving finish. 13.5% abv
