  • Light golden yellow in color. Full, fragrant & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of grapefruit, lemons/limes & apples with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle & minerals, spices & wet stones. Medium-light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, round & lush, ripe fruit flavors of grapefruit, lemons/limes & stone fruits with honey and minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but may develop further with additional aging. A blend of 48% Grenache Blanc, 14% Roussanne, 14% Viognier, 12% Marsanne & 12% Vermentino.

  • Taste New Wines for September (San Diego Wine Co.): "Each component was fermented separately in neutral French oak barriques and puncheons and aged on fine lees for 8 months. A small portion of the wine was allowed to go through malolactic fermentation to increase mouthfeel." 13.5% ABV; 473 cs

    N: FLORAL, attractive

    P: Med, poss MF, body; RNDISH entry with ALMOST swtish frt NICELY balanced by acidity; LONG, swt/tangy finish; VERY nice through '19.
