Typically, fermented in temperature-controlled s/s & concrete vats, "then aged for 4 mos in s/s & vats."
Notes from Day 2 only
N: Vanilla (with notes of natural oxygenation) slightly atop berries
P: Med body; RNDISH entry with NICE, ALMOST swtish frt firmed by acidity. Actually quite pleasant, but @ the same time what I'd call "flat lined": I.e., NO semblance of peaks & valleys in this tasting on Day 2 only of the timeline. For now & probably through '21. 12.5% ABV; My VG/VG+. [Although this came from a restaurant, @ the $7-$10 I'm seeing on wine-searcher it's certainly NOT "awful", though my personal tendency would be to pony up at least a BIT more for something that might JUST be a "buy".]

PnP. Medium garnet. Dried and fresh cherry touch of rosemary on the nose. Medium weight bitter cherry tannin. Cherry touch of amaro and herbs on the palate. Nice honest Chianti without the steering acidity it traditionally showed.

Not so good. This is more thin and diluted than i recall from earlier vintages. The color is more purple than we expect from Chianti. The nose has way more plum than cherry. Very thin entry with very minor fruit. Just a touch of tannin. Seems to be very heavily filtered. Fortunately no off flavors, but also no flavors.

A trip to the Indian Sea, Sri Lanka; 1/16/2019-2/4/2019 (Emirates lounge Hamburg, Emirates Business Class, Beruwala sea side, Sri Lanka): Bought at a restaurant at Moragalla beach for about 17€:
ligthning granat, typical nose, oldschool chianti, light on the palate, not as bad as feared! ;-), *-**, 83-85(+?)

Åt med fläskfilé. Ganska milt och tunt, men blev bättre när det fick stå ett tag fast jag luftade i karaffen.
