Clean apple, lemon, hint of grapefruit pith over mild minerality and medium body. Medium finish of the same. Enjoyable but not great QPR. The second day less apple but more rounded and balanced.

Pale lemon colour. Medium nose with yellow apples, lemon, bread, butter, vanilla and charred wood. Medium taste of yellow apples, lemon, toasted bread, butter, cream and charred wood. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Mercurey Blanc. Goes well with cheeses, fish and shellfish.

Young but delicious, tightly framed with notes of green fruit, citrus and stones. Somewhat lean but with great power and intensity on the palate. Will keep but is also OK to drink now.

Now ready. Excellent pure Chardonnay with meadow herb and chalky mineral nuances. Fullish, dry, citrus-tinged finish. For drinking over the next two years or so.

Crispy nose to it, in a good way. Lots of honey to the nose. One of their Monopoles. 6 hectares large vineyard on the north of the of Mercury. It means little rocks. So there is a bit of heat that is given back at night. Still lots of freshness and a little touch of saltiness on the wine as well. Faiveley style is about straightness and freshness and its 50% new oak but that doesn't show. That is very clean cut and fresh.

Excellent everyday fare but for drinking up soon - will buy a more recent vintage in due course. One more to go.

Minerailty, restrained stone fruits, lovely acidity and body. Long finish, very precise, almost laser like focus on the palate.

Very nice White from Mercurey. Almost Viognier like , oily and sweet flowers.
Easy drinking - could be nice in the summertime.

A nose of lemon zest, white flowers and hints of green grass. Excellent pop of acid, with a good finish. A lovely, fresh expression of chardonnay.
