With enormous bottle variations on this wine, this particular bottle comes in a medium bodied frame not complex enough black cherries and dried herbs with some oak. I can't imagine this improving with any further aging, and I must say I'm disappointed with the purchase at $28 from 2 years ago.

Second time trying this wine, and I like it a lot. It had a bit of that aged bordeaux taste. Nice. However, my first try 9 months ago wasn't a good one, so there may be some bottle variations...

Heat and disjointedness bothered me quite a bit. I'd score it 83, but it may not be a fair judgement given that I didn't give it enough time to come around. Hence, I don't want to contribute to the overall score.

color: purple, tears fast to form and falll nose: shy, tart Cabernet Sauvignon flavs palate: dry, acid is med + tannin med - body med- alc est 12.5 finish med
style note: Very young and racy CS with lots of blue fruit (blueberries, vanilla) that would pair well with a hanger steak of meats that are fresh and need high acidity from wine.

Garnet red color. Nose of red and black fruits, herbs, red meat, earth. Black cherry, raspberry, plum and herbs on the palate with ample acidity and dusty tannins. Very nice

probably was at it's peak last yr but still a very nice wine. was tight and a bit hot at first taste but opened nicely after an hr. still had a nice dark colour, the fruit was mild and more earth flavours were coming through. i have one bottle of the 2000 left that i will be having very soon.

Aromatic presentation of coffee, vanilla, roasted chestnut, currants and bitter chocolate. Full-bodied with solid structure and good balance. Long gripping finish. 5/5

From magnum. Reserved and elegant. Loads of earthiness, fading fruit, tannins in the background. Drink.

I agree with previous post: Soft. Mild, earthy fruit. Very pleasant, with still a decent finish, but a bit muted.

PnP. Drank half. VacUVin until 2 days later. Soft. Mild, earthy fruit. Pleasant, but may be a bit beyond prime.
