Wonderful now, very much into secondary characteristics such as black plum, blackberry, hints of cherry, loads of Barossa terroir. Ripe, balanced, impressive length, drink now and very much enjoy. Reminds me of mid-90s Rosemount Balmorals in flavor profile. Wish I had more.
RSL BS Rating - 92 points
EDIT - Just read BSMITH457's review of this wine after I posted mine, very similar impressions. Love it when that happens.

Deep ruby colour, pronounced aroma of plum, blackberry, tomato leaf, black pepper, cooked fruit, smoke and earth. Dry, medium + acidity, medium tannin, full body, long finish. Pronounced flavour of plum, blackberry, white pepper, capsicum, creamy chocolate. A big bold wine with smooth dark flavours, more chocolate than fruit. Strong but fine tannins, high acidity indicates many years ahead.

Second bottle of a case, for some reason didn’t review a bottle from May last year. Deep ruby. Black fruits, caramel, black pepper nose. Full bodied, tight, slightly closed. Black cherries, spice palate, long finish. High tannin, 14% alcohol. Excellent wine, which will improve and drink well for 8-10 years minimum.

Bright but dense red/purple colour. Lovely red Shiraz fruit on the nose. Great mouthfeel, full and round but clean and fresh with a beautiful lingering soft tannin finish. Perfect balance, not complex or too big but smooth and dry. Decanted half the bottle for 90 minutes but I think I preferred the pour straight from the bottle. Perfect match with slow roasted short ribs.

A highly-perfumed nose of ripe berry and floral spice. It is plush and velvety in the mouth, with perfectly ripe fruit and supple tannins. It has good volume and excellent balance and proportion. Absolutely delicious.

Colour med density, Vibrant purple-red crimson edges 15/15 Nose med intensity lovely feminine florals from the Eden valley component, notes of violets, fragrant fruits boysenberry and blackcurrant, earthy spices. Great balance 28/30 Palate full bodied Bright red and blue fruits , clove cinnamon and peppery spice. silky tannins balanced with crisp acidity. Long finish 42/44 Overall great wine from two great areas, Barossa and Eden valley has that old vine elegance , great balance 10/11
Absolutely stellar Shiraz. Gorgeous deep purple and thickness. Fruit up front... blackberry mostly, nice and fresh. Nice acidity to set off the tannin and really do not feel the alcohol subsequently. Some underlying spice, but not a ton.

A beautifully balanced wine - acidity, tannins, body and sweetness are all really well balanced out here. On the palate are some black olives, blackberries, currant, clove, and a bit if fig. Long, lingering finish.
This wine Will age spectacularly, look forward to trying my other two bottles in 10 and 20 years from now (assuming I don’t buy more bottles :)). Killer QPR at $35.

I tasted this before and complained it wasn't up to the advertised rating. Day 2 half bottle was a disaster. I received a feedback comment from neecies and decided to try the wine again for a day 3 as recommended. I have to admit that day 3 the wine opened up in a way that was almost magical. If you try this wine, please wait the 3 days otherwise you will be certainly disappointed.
Paid $30 for this 99 rated Haliday Aussie. Thought got the best of it. Interesting fruit in this. Balanced but somewhat linear. I kinda liked it and saved half the bottle for the next day, expecting even more. Day 2. Almost undrinkable. Boring, lost its fruit and balance. What happened?
Australia Trade Tasting (London): 14% The wine shows darker fruit than the Plexus, the oak is more upfront, spicy, its denser and feels it needs more time to settle

National Gallery in Melbourne, 2017 ‘Entity’ Shiraz received the award for ‘Shiraz of the Year’. The 99 point rating placed the wine in elite company, and being named Best Shiraz propelled it to the pinnacle of wines made from Australia’s signature grape variety Shiraz.

Of course it’s the color you expect from Aussie Shiraz..... Dense purple blue...very much a “day 2” wine... Day 1.. pleasant plum, somewhat muted or shy, very drinkable Day 2...nose is much bigger with plum, rose, pie crust.. Flavor explodes in a jimmy hendrix purple haze of plum, minerality, Floral lavendar with somewhat drying tannins... A sure crowd pleaser that likely gains with 2 years in bottle... Won’t be confused with a NRhone but for Aussie Syrah it’s balanced And while def fruit forward, not a bomb... $30... WTF why not buy 6-12 and fire when ready..

Dense purple color, loaded with blueberry and black currant notes, silky texture. Very classy rendition of the Aussie style, and WOTN for most.
