Light straw color, fine bubbles, muted citrusy nose, not a lot of complexity. On the palate very mineral, citrus, decent finish. Nothing to write home about to be honest. For the price range, a Ruinart NV BdB trumps this easily.

Stand up tasting. A clear step up from the blended Premier Cru, this is also bright while showing more power and finesse. 2016 base with 50% reserve from 2008, 2009, 2012.

What's it with the tacky rapper label? Well thankfully I wasn't scared away by that at a walkabout tasting. Behind the bling is lovely deep juice, seems like it was some maturity on it quite a weighty golden BdB. To me at the tasting probably the best of their range.

Bright and fresh. Lemon curd, tangerine. Good energy and richness on the palate. Finish is just a tad short. Enjoyable though.

This was decent not great, fine crisp BdB, youthful, fresh, medium short finish, faired pretty well with kumamoto oysters at L&E oyster bar w/T

Wine and BBQ Dinner (At home in leafy West London): Light in colour, hints of candied lemon and apples. I incorrectly identified this as the GM wine blind.

Fine Wine Service Sweden tasting the portfolio (@six hotel): Very nice, a clear step up from the Brut 1er cru. This has a bit of almond milk, very generous fruit, good balance, really nice. Highly recommended.
