Med+ ruby. Med+ aromas of black currant, black plum, violet, baking spices, leather, mocha. Dry, but quite fruit-forward, with med acid, med+, ripe tannins, and high alcohol. Full-bodied, with med+ flavor intensity, complexity and length, it is hedonistic without being overdone. Barely in its optimal drinking window, it should continue to show well for many years.

Aroma: spicy and peppery almond blossoms with notes of roasted meat. Blackberries. Palate: rich primary blackberry flavors with white pepper and savory herbs. Roasted and cured meat notes. Good minerality and ripe tannin. Very good and age-worthy.

Nice bouquet with dark fruits. Warm with an off chlorine note. Stemmy with some primary fruit. They really need to serve these at a more reasonable temperature.
