Bright and spicy - drank alongside the Zio Tony and noticeable higher acid and brighter all around. Had a punch of fruit. Preferred the Zio, but this was fantastic in its own way - had a definite zin quality to it.

Zin vibes, and not in a bad way. Deep red fruit, viscous mouthfeel — and yet all the savory notes and bright acid of a Pinot. Love, love, love this wine.

Unsuccessful at keeping my hands off this one. Beautiful red berry and cherry fruit predominates across the palate. Soft and a bit of ripeness that emphasizes the purity and quality of the fruit. Definitely on the young side of the spectrum but I won’t get to know how it evolves unless I secure more. Too scrumptious to not enjoy early on.

Bigger fruit than my home state OPN's, this has a very nice texture and length. Fruit is on the red side of the spectrum and "compote-ish". Nice touch of oak and spice. Now-2026.

I fluctuated on whether to give this a 92 or 93, as it has some great qualities already- beautiful, viscous texture and a viscous presence in the glass. Predominated by small red berry flavors with a touch of sour cherry. That being said, there is a definitely a ripeness as well that helps offset. I think this will continue to integrate and improve and deserve and earn an even higher score. The fruit is pure and pristine and even as it gained some time in the glass it further developed and settled in. I am a big fan of the Martinelli Pinot's and this provides current enjoyment and promises future satisfaction.

Awesome Martinelli Pinot, as expected - - bright ruby color with prominent red berry notes on nose and palate. Drinking well now with many more years to go.

Served blind I thought this was Zinfandel Noticeable alcohol, and just a bit too sweet without enough acid or oomph to keep this in focus. Normally a perennial favorite of mine. This particular bottle comes off just a bit too cloying and a bit disappointing when I saw the reveal. Hopefully this will gain focus with a bit more air and time in bottle, but I remain somewhat skeptical.

Gorgeous ruby-purple color. Good legs. Very attractive sour cherry nose. Full-bodied, balanced and nuanced dark cherry fruit. Drinking nicely already, with a rich, textured finish. 5-13-16-8: 92/100.

Awesome stuff. Rich ruby-magenta with good legs. Ripe pomegranate nose. Fat and full-bodied with fully extracted fruit, but neither hot nor unbalanced. Very suave. Good finish. 5-13-17-8: 93/100.
